Plan for ten days
The festival starts in late August or September and runs ten days. Order two to three weeks before day one, then plan a top-up for the final weekend, when community celebrations and visarjan events peak.
The checklist
- Ladoos — besan and motichoor ladoo from Nanak, Balaji and Anand Bhogh, plus Taaza and ARF bulk ladoos for prasad.
- Modak ingredients — Indravathi rice flour, Viswas grated coconut, Pura Faith jaggery and ghee for home-made ukadiche modak and kudumulu. Ask us about ready-made modak availability.
- Coconut sweets — coconut burfi and coconut-based mithai.
- Festival meal staples — rice, dals, ghee and cardamom.
Community and bulk
Pandals and temples order prasad in bulk every day of the festival. Offer bulk ladoo trays with scheduled deliveries rather than one large drop, so the sweets stay fresh.
The short version
Order 2–3 weeks before day one, lead with ladoos and modak ingredients, top up for the final weekend, and schedule bulk prasad deliveries for pandals. Our team can tell you exactly what is available for your route this season.
Planning your Ganesh Chaturthi order?
Ask for ladoo, jaggery and rice-flour availability, plus scheduled bulk prasad for community events.
