Order two to three weeks ahead
Holi falls in March (lunar calendar — check each year). Order two to three weeks before, and ask community and temple organisers for their event dates early, since many celebrate on the nearest weekend.
The Holi checklist
- Gujiya — the signature Holi sweet. ARF handmade and Chandrakala gujiya come in bulk packs for counters and events.
- Thandai — Guruji thandai concentrate, plus milk and dry fruits for home-made versions.
- Namkeen — sev, gathiya, mixtures and khatta mitha from Balaji and others for party bowls.
- Dahi vada and chaat — dahi vada masala, chutneys and dahi for the classic Holi table.
- Party appetizers — frozen samosas and kebabs for hosts who want something hot.
Display for the party shopper
Holi shoppers are buying for a crowd. Build a “Holi party” end-cap with gujiya, namkeen and thandai, and offer party bundles (sweets + snacks + drinks) at one price. Keep extra stock for the Saturday closest to Holi, when most community events happen.
The short version
Order 2–3 weeks early, lead with gujiya and thandai, add namkeen and chaat ingredients, and sell to party hosts with ready-made bundles. Our team can tell you exactly what is available for your route this season.
Planning your Holi order?
